About Done Bear

Done Bear is a GTD task manager for one person first. Share your list when you need to, or let an assistant work on it.

How it works

Capture in the Inbox, then sort into Today, Upcoming, Anytime or Someday. Labels are optional. Finished tasks go to the Logbook.

Where it runs

Tasks live on your device first, so every view works offline. Web, macOS, Windows, Linux and iPhone share one sync engine. There is also a CLI and a Raycast Store extension. Android is on the waitlist.

Assistants can work on it

Assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can read, create and complete your tasks through a hosted MCP server or the GraphQL API. See the automation overview.

Free up to 250 tasks with no card, sharing included. Paid plans start at $7/month per member, billed yearly. See pricing.

Matthew Blode is Founder & CEO, based in Melbourne, Australia. Done Bear started in January 2026, and the iOS app shipped in August 2026.
